Brianna Zimmer, LLMW

Hi! I’m Brianna Zimmer, or Bree.

I’m a therapist dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, understand yourself more fully, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace.

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and my Bachelor’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Central Michigan University. My work focuses on individual therapy for mental health. I draw on evidence-based approaches while tailoring each session to your unique needs and strengths.

Before entering private practice, I gained experience in a variety of settings, including Community Mental Health, school-based adolescent mental health, child welfare and adoption services, and geriatric care. These experiences shaped my belief that healing looks different for everyone—and that with the right support, growth is always possible.

My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, help you feel understood, and work with you to build tools that support a more balanced, fulfilling life.
